• If you would like to know which treatments are covered by your insurance plan, please provide the required information and allow 2-3 business days to verify your benefits. Due to the higher than normal call volume at the beginning of the year, please allow us additional time to process your benefits. 
   
• Holistic Health Care Centers is in network with BCBS PPO for Acupuncture, Chiropractic Care, and Massage.
   
• We are in network with Cigna/ASH for Chiropractic Care.
   
• We are in network with United Healthcare for Acupuncture, Chiropractic Care, and Massage.
   
• We are in network with Humana for Acupuncture and Chiropractic Care.

• We are in-network with Aetna for Chiropractic Care.  
   
• If your insurance does not cover our services, we will accept your FSA / HSA card. In some circumstances we can bill out of network for our Acupunture and Chiropractic care, depending on the insurnace plan. 
   
• Payment options include cash, checks, major credit cards, FSA, HSA.
