Paola is a Licensed Massage Therapist at Holistic Health Care Centers on the Border of Lisle and Naperville, IL.

Paola graduated from Northwestern Business College in June 2013 at the top of her class. Paola became a licensed massage therapist in August 2013 after completing 500 certification hours. Paola is a mother of three children and became a massage therapist after working in logistics for 10 years.

Once licensed, she was immediately offered a position with the chiropractic and physical therapy clinic where she completed her clinical hours. Paola quickly became the most highly requested therapist at the clinic.

Paola believes in using a range of modalities to offer the best results for her Holistic Health Care Center’s clients. Some modalities she includes are myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, acupressure focused massage, and aromatherapy. 

Through Paola's belief in offering her clients a range of modalities, Paola is continuously advancing in her education and treatment options, which includes Energy Therapy. Paola has begun Healing Touch training. She has completed Healing Touch Level 1, 2, and 3. She has also discovered a new modality called Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT) which has given her new tools to help release deep and hard to reach adhesions that can sometimes be painful with traditional massage. She has completed her certification in SMRT.  She is certified in head and neck, arms and hands, lower extremities, low back, hips, abdomen, rib cage, shoulders, and axilla.
